Civil engineer graduated from the State University of Amazonas (UEA), with an international certification in Project Management for Development (PMD Pro). He has experience in basic sanitation and energy in Indigenous and riverside communities in the Amazon region. He leads initiatives focused on climate resilience, rural and school sanitation, solar pumping systems, and hydrosanitary infrastructure in healthcare facilities. He currently serves as Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Officer at UNICEF Brazil.
