Eduardo Spanó is the co-executive director of the Instituto Jataí. He has more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation projects, innovation in the public sector, open government, and public procurement, having worked at the Ministry of Justice and the São Paulo City Hall. He is a PhD candidate in the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy at Unicamp, holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University, and has a law degree from USP. He is a member of the leadership network of the Lemann Foundation.
